You can send us details of the problems with pictures,if necessary you can send us samples of problems,we will resolve the problem through different ways,like compensation,make discounts in new orders and so on.Don't worry we will bear the responsibility caused by us.
What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
What’s your MOQ?
3mt per size for common size, if customized size, usually need 5mt.

For new customers,TT(30% advance deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL)
TT(30% advance deposit and 70% balance before delivery) 100% LC at sight.
How long is your delivery time?
After the deposit , all the finished goods will delivery within 15-30 days, or asap.

1 ) 30%T/T as deposit,70% balance before delivery under FOB price term.
2)30% TT as deposit,70% balance against B/L copy under CIF price term.
